Papers related to the conference topics are invited for submission. Abstracts must be sent to cbvm@nemoralis.ca before August 20, 2008. Papers must be written in English since participants from many different nationalities will attend this conference. Abstracts should not exceed one page including tables, illustrations and references. You are invited to follow the template available here: CBVM paper template (.doc) CBVM paper template (.rtf)

Evaluation of papers

The Scientific Committee will go through a selection process to determine which abstracts to accept for oral presentation. Notification of paper acceptance will be given before August 29th.

Publications and proceedings

Participants will be asked to submit an extended abstract of their presentation (6 pages) to be delivered during the conference. Results of the workshop and the extended abstracts will be published in a document by CAFF. Each participant will receive a copy of the workshop synthesis document at the end of conference. The extended abstracts of papers will also be available on the CBVM Web site.
